Happy Tails Travel had outgrown their existing solution and was in need of a rebuild and CMS migration. They had a large amount of content already and had plans to add a blog to boost SEO. They also needed many design and UX refinements, and an ongoing maintenance agreement to keep their new site up-to-date.

The focus of the website was to funnel users to the pet travel form. All sales leads and inquiries started there, which meant we needed to ensure that this call to action was prominently featured throughout the site.

We also knew that we needed to handle the CMS migration in a way that would allow the site to grow with Happy Tails' business and adapt to the ever-changing climate of pet travel. Happy Tails needed to be empowered to add content and pages to their own site without our intervention, and so we knew it was crucial to avoid using opaque solutions with counterintuitive interfaces.


We rebuilt Happy Tails Travel from the ground up on the Sitefinity CMS, which allows for easy content management and efficient development. Lead-ins to the pet travel form are present throughout the site, and Happy Tails' huge store of informative content is kept organized and always within the user's reach.

Happy Tails Travel continues to receive support from Desert Lab Studio for content management, coding tweaks, and regular site updates. In addition, we provide them with monthly internet marketing reports and suggestions to improve site performance and search engine ranking.
