Desert Lab Studio is looking for a customer service and technical support representative to monitor systems, test applications, and provide technical support for end users via phone, chat, and email. The agent will be responsible for providing assistance and support related to custom software applications, mobile applications, and websites. Ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to queries, running diagnostic programs, debugging code, documenting systems, isolating problems, and determining and implementing adequate solutions.
