Customer Service / Tech Support

Desert Lab Studio is looking for a customer service and technical support representative to monitor systems, test applications, and provide technical support for end users via phone, chat, and email. The agent will be responsible for providing assistance and support related to custom software applications, mobile applications, and websites. Ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to queries, running diagnostic programs, debugging code, documenting systems, isolating problems, and determining and implementing adequate solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide high quality customer service and application related technical support
Test systems and debug code to isolate issues
Document systems, processes, and support resolution procedures
Escalate advanced technical issues to appropriate developers
Monitor production systems and processes
Communicate technical issues and solutions with clients in business terms

Qualifications

Requires ability to work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information
Possess excellent interpersonal skills in the areas of collaboration, team participation, creative problem-solving, conflict resolution, group planning, and decision-making processes

Requirements

Experience in software or website sales a plus
Associate degree or comparable work experience
Professionalism, energy, motivation, enthusiasm & integrity
Computer proficiency
Must pass a background clearance
